Seat #4 & #5 Vacancy

Residents of Grand Haven

This notice is to inform the community of vacancies on the Grand Haven CDD Board of Supervisors.

Supervisor Nancy Crouch has resigned from Seat #5, and Supervisor John Chism has also resigned from Seat #4. As a result, there are currently two vacancies on the Board of Supervisors.

The Board of Supervisors is anticipated to make an appointment to fill this seat at the June 18, 2026 Board Meeting.

The term for Seat #4 expires in November 2028, and the term for Seat #5 expires in November 2026.

Residents interested in being considered for appointment to one of the seats must submit the following to the District Office no later than 5:00 PM on June 8, 2026:

To be eligible for appointment, applicants must:

Reside within the Grand Haven Community Development District

Be a resident of the State of Florida

Be at least 18 years of age

Be registered to vote with the Flagler County Supervisor of Elections

Be a United States citizen

Welcome to the official website for the Grand Haven Community Development District (the “District”). This website is funded on behalf of the District to serve two major purposes. The first is to comply with Chapter 189.069 of the Florida Statutes, which requires each special District to maintain an official website. The second is an effort to help educate the general public about the services provided by the District, and to highlight the other agencies involved in the day-to-day operations of the community. These agencies include but are not limited to the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, Flagler County and the Grand Haven homeowner’s association.

Please be advised that the Grand Haven Community Development District (the “District”), a local unit of special purpose government created under Florida law, has constructed and is responsible for the maintenance of certain improvements, infrastructure and facilities within the District.
